Tehran,Washington: Iran's security chief Mohsen Rezaei has said that Iran is considering the possibility of withdrawing from the Non-Proliferation Treaty and a decision in this regard will be made after seeing the future behavior of the US. In an interview with Al Jazeera, Mohsen Rezaei said that Iran is still steadfast in its position regarding the fatwa of its martyred leader Ali Khamenei and there has been no change in it. However, he said that it is too early to say anything about what will happen in the future. Mohsen Rezaei clarified that Iran is currently evaluating whether it should withdraw from the NPT or not. According to him, this decision will depend on the actions and behavior of the United States. On the other hand, Iran's security chief also offered to help end the ongoing war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. He said that Iran genuinely wants to end the war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. He said that if Saudi Arabia and Yemen ask Iran for help, Tehran is fully ready to help achieve peace between the two sides.
